PHOTO 24 encourages photographers to submit samples of their work for our review. Our motto at PHOTO 24 is "Art for Artists". We are committed to stocking only the finest and most creative images. We take great pride in the quality and consistency of our work.
There are a few things you should know before submitting your work to us:
1) You must not be under contract to any other stock agency;
2) You must have your name stamped on each and every slide;
3) Submit between 100 and 200 images in vinyl slide pages;
4) Do not submit prints, they must be transparencies.
Your submission should include:
1) Assortment of subjects, unless you have a specific specialty. We want to get a complete picture of your talents.
2)Well edited, sharp edge-to-edge and dramatic images. Dazzle us!
3) Where applicable, model and/or property releases indicated on the mount.
4) Caption information.
5) The "Portfolio Submission" form must be filled out in its entirety and enclosed with your submission. You can leave an E-Mail for David requesting this form to be mailed to you or you can print this form from your computer. Please see attached.
6) You must include return postage.
When you submit your slides please have the following information listed on the front of your slides:
What is the front and back side of the mount?
Front: Is Usually blank.
Back: "This side towards screen" is usually printed. It may be very hard to read.
If you are a signed PHOTO24 artist, we do not need your name on the slides.
Place the image description on the top border of the mount--> Some examples might be:
White Linen The simpler the better |

For vertical slides, Never write on the thin borders of the mount! |

If you are unable to write on a plastic mount, please submit a separate piece of paper listing the descriptions.
Submissions received without the Portfolio Submission form filled out will not be reviewed and will be returned the next business day. If you did not include return postage, your submission will not be returned.
PHOTO 24 accepts no liability for the loss or damage of photographs by the post office or any other courier. We recommend that you send your submission using a service that can track your package.
PHOTO 24 will extend great care in the handling of your submission and the safe return of your images. However, please be advised that any submission of images and material is done at the photographer's sole risk and PHOTO 24 can accept no liability.
When we receive your submission, it will be reviewed and returned to you. We will get in touch with you by letter or phone if we would like your work to be included in our files. A contract will be discussed at that time and that time only.
Please allow four to six weeks between the time we receive your submission and its return to you.
