| If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return it, Photo 24 will issue a refund (less shipping costs) or for special orders a credit to be used for another purchase. |

| This money back guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions and exceptions. |

| The purchase must contact Photo 24 within 14 days of the intent to return the photo art print and receive authorization and instructions. The print must be returned to Photo 24 within 30 days of the original ship date. |

The money back guarantee requires that the photograph is returned in its original packaging in the original condition. Photo 24 reserves the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If Photo 24 decides to take this action, it will contact the purchaser to discuss the options.

The purchaser is responsible for assuring the print is returned to Photo 24 on the above time schedule.
Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase. |

| If the purchase is damaged upon receipt, the purchaser should contact Photo 24 within 3 days. Photo 24 will arrange for and bear the cost of the inspection and return shipment of the damaged print. The damaged print will be replaced by Photo 24. |
